At RISS, we believe successful reentry begins with environment.

Before classes, before employment, and before any other opportunity can be fully utilized, people need stability. They need a place that is safe, predictable, welcoming, and intentionally designed to support forward movement.

The community experience begins before a single class is attended or a single job application is submitted. It begins with clear expectations, immediate practical support, a welcoming environment, and a community that is structured around personal responsibility and growth.
