Glad You Made It
If you've made it this far, then it may be safe to say that something you saw or read on this site resonated with you.
And that you may be interested in helping make this idea a reality.
At this stage, RISS is currently in an initial seed funding phase. These early funds are being used to allow the project to transition from concept and planning into active organizational development. This includes supporting full-time project development, legal and accounting consultations, operational setup, partnership development, planning work, and the foundational steps necessary before land acquisition and the larger Capital Campaign phases begin.
The long-term vision for RISS is a fully developed, self-sustaining reentry campus built in phases over time through a combination of seed funding, capital campaigns, targeted sponsorship opportunities, philanthropic support, and operational revenue streams.
We have currently chosen to use Givebutter as our donation processing partner. If you would like to become one of our initial supporters, please click the Givebutter link located below.
Over the coming days and weeks, we will continue adding information that explores more targeted and specific ways to financially support the development of RISS. We hope you will return to the site to learn more about the overall vision, our long-term goals, and the many different ways people may choose to support this work.
At this time, our formal IRS 501(c)(3) application (Form 1023) is in process. During this transition period, some public records may still reflect prior filing information. We appreciate your patience as these administrative steps are completed.
A Personal Message From the Founder
I personally appreciate your support and your interest in what we are building through RISS.
I also encourage you to share RISS with anyone you know who may be interested in our work and long-term vision.
And if you happen to belong to a church, civic organization, educational institution, professional association, or community group that may be open to having me come speak about what we are building, I would absolutely welcome the opportunity and the connection.
