Understanding the World Around Us
Understanding the world around us helps us make better decisions within it. These courses explore history, government, economics, philosophy, religion, culture, and contemporary issues while encouraging thoughtful discussion and critical analysis. The goal is not to tell residents what to think, but to help them think more deeply, evaluate information more effectively, and engage more confidently with society.
