Community Rules

Rules exist to maintain a functional and respectful living environment.
They are not institutional in nature and are not intended as a control mechanism.

Failure to follow rules will result in disciplinary action, up to and including removal from campus if behavior is not corrected.

Rules

  2. Random urinalysis may be conducted

    • A failed test will result in disciplinary action

    • Testing conducted by this facility is not connected to parole or external supervision

    • Residents are solely responsible for maintaining their own parole or legal obligations

    • Arrest or confirmed illegal activity will result in disciplinary action

  4. No theft from the facility

Rule Violations Leading to Removal

If continued violations result in removal from campus:

  • Staff will attempt to assist in identifying alternative housing

  • If alternative placement is not available, a hotel stay of up to one (1) month will be provided

  • This placement will not be extended

  • Employment termination will be determined on a case-by-case basis
